Shipments from Non-EU Countries

To ensure smooth and timely customs clearance, please observe the following requirements for all shipments originating from non-EU countries:

• Please contact us prior to shipping, preferably by telephone at +49 971 72020.

• All imports from non-EU countries must be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx Express.

• Customs documentation is required for all international shipments entering the EU. Please provide us with copies of the Proforma Invoice and Package Inventory prior to shipment, as we are required to submit this documentation to the relevant authorities.

• All shipments are subject to veterinary inspection by the customs authorities. The associated inspection and handling fees are approximately €200–€240 and will be invoiced separately.
