Shippers from non-EU countries:

– please contact us previously to the shipment preferential by phone (+49 971 72020)
– all NON-EU-Imports have to be send by DHL express or Fedex Express
– International shipments crossing borders to EU are required to have supporting documentation for custom clearance, “Proforma invoice” and Package inventory”. Please send us a copy of this. We have to inform the authorities.
– Each shipment is subject to veterinary inspection at customs, the cost will be 200,- to 240,-€. The costs will be charged separately.
