General description
Affected dog puppies suffer from keratoconjunctivitis sicca from eyelid opening, abnormal (rough/curly) coat and are usually smaller than littermates. Footpads are hyperkeratinised from young adulthood including nail growth abnormalities and intermittent sloughing, pain and lameness.
