Mucopolysaccharidosis Type VII is a lysosomal storage disease caused by ß-glucuronidase deficiency. Affected cats show growth retardation, corneal clouding, dental eruption and multiple skeletal abnormalities. First anatomically abnormalities are seen at the age of about two month.
