Factor VII deficiency (F7)<\/h1>

General description<\/strong><\/h4>

Factor VII (FVII) deficiency is associated with a mild to moderate bleeding tendency, in some breeds with subcutaneous hematomas, anemia and abnormal bleeding has been observed. Clinical manifestations are a prolonged one-stage prothrombin time and a decreased FVII level.<\/p>

Detailed description<\/summary>

Factor VII (FVII) deficiency is an extremely rare disease in dogs and is associated with a mild to moderate bleeding tendency initially described in Beagles. Clinical manifestations are a prolonged one-stage prothrombin time and a decreased FVII level.
