Le test est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par un laboratoire partenaire et est propos\u00e9 pour les <strong>races \u00ab English Cocker Spaniel \u00bb et \u00ab Field Spaniel<\/strong> \u00bb.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;AON est une maladie h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire dont les sympt\u00f4mes s&rsquo;apparentent \u00e0 ceux de la my\u00e9lopathie d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative (DM). Les premiers sympt\u00f4mes apparaissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>entre 7,5 et 9 ans<\/strong> et se manifestent par une <strong>faiblesse des membres post\u00e9rieurs<\/strong>, ce qui entra\u00eene une d\u00e9marche mal coordonn\u00e9e et une posture aux jambes \u00e9cart\u00e9es.
