Description g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong><\/h4>

Le locus E (g\u00e8ne MCR1) contr\u00f4le si le pigment noir (eum\u00e9lanine) peut \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 dans les cheveux. Si au moins un all\u00e8le E dominant est pr\u00e9sent au locus E, l’alpaga est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement capable de d\u00e9poser de l’eum\u00e9lanine dans ses poils. En revanche, si l’animal est homozygote pour l’all\u00e8le r\u00e9cessif e (e1 ou e2), seul le pigment brun rouge\u00e2tre ph\u00e9om\u00e9lanine est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u2013 ind\u00e9pendamment de la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique au locus A. Le locus E a donc un effet sup\u00e9rieur au locus A.<\/span><\/p>

Le\u263a<\/strong>\u263bcontr\u00f4le si le pigment noir \u2665 peut \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 dans la toison. Si\u263aest pr\u00e9sent au locus E, l’alpaga est fondamentalement capable \u263bet de la stocker dans ses poils. En revanche, si l’animal est \u263a, \u263b peut \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 dans les poils – quelles que soient les variantes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques pr\u00e9sentes au locus A. Le locus E a donc un effet sup\u00e9rieur au locus A.<\/p>\n
