Instead, <strong>only special swabs<\/strong> are now used here.<\/p><p>These special swabs contain a clear <strong>liquid<\/strong> in the sample tube. This <strong>stabilizes and<\/strong> <strong>protects the sample after <\/strong>collection on its way to the lab. This can improve the quality of the DNA isolated from the sample, which benefits the subsequent genetic analysis.<\/p><p>For you, very little will change in terms of how you use the product: Please continue to follow <strong>the instructions carefully when collecting<\/strong> the <strong>sample<\/strong> and return it to us as soon as possible.
